3. Import Procedures for Industrial Dehumidifiers
According to the regulations in Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular No. 39/2018/TT-BTC, the import procedures for dehumidifiers include the following steps:
Step 1 : Perform customs declaration for imported goods
Declare customs for imported goods through the ECUS customs declaration system. The declaration form will display complete information about the batch of goods, so it is necessary to carefully declare on the form.
After checking the information on the declaration form with the documents, if there are no errors, transmit the declaration form directly to customs. Proceed to retrieve the corresponding declaration form streams: green stream, yellow stream, and red stream, and then perform the corresponding business tasks for each stream.
Step 2: Liquidate the customs declaration for imported goods
Submit the set of documents including Invoice, Packing List, CO, Declaration Form, CO, Catalogue, and other required documents to the customs. Liquidate the import declaration at the border customs, after the customs verify the information on the documents along with the labels on the goods, if there are no errors, the business proceeds to pay the taxes as regulated.
Step 3: Transporting Goods to the Storage Facility and Utilization
After paying the required taxes, businesses can transport the goods to the storage facility and put them into use.
For household products, when importing, it is necessary to go through the conformity declaration procedure. When the products are put on the market, they must have the conformity label and additional labels.
