The Prime Minister also promoted increasing infrastructure connectivity, including waterway connections, seaports, and the construction of the Vietnam-China high-speed railway. At the same time, he proposed strengthening links and ensuring smooth supply chains of goods in many fields, including industry and agriculture. China's Minister of Commerce, Wang Wentao, strongly agreed and pledged to report to Chinese leaders and continue to cooperate closely with Vietnamese agencies.
